Their uptime is truly superb
I've been with Gigapros more than 6 months and already I can tell I'm going to stick around for a while. They are just amazing.
They answered any of my requests in less then few minutes and solved each one of them as fast as possible. |

Gigapros is Excellent host!
I've been with Gigapros for over 8 months now and I've not had any problem with them.
The most impressive aspect of Gigapros is the reaction time for technical queries.

Server Crashed and they lost 2 of my websites
TOTAL FAIL! My GigaPros server crashed on April 12 & it took them over 72 hrs to migrate my sites to a new server. In the process, they lost 2 out of 4 of my sites. They said they didn't have a backup after Feb. 4th. Their resolution: 3 months free! |

Gigapros has the worst customer relationship management I've ever witnessed. My site was down for over 3 days without being told that my site was down. Not even an email was sent was sent out ...The made me almost jump off the bridge... |

I have a reseller hosting account and it works perfect, I don't have any problem. I recommend Gigapros hosting service. I haven't had to contact their support..so I can't comment on it.
