5 sites hosed -- glitchy = often short downtimes - about once a year major crashes > 10 hours. Had FTP issues. Then 2 majors in last 3 months. Was planning to relocate all 5 sites- but suddenly FTP became very good , web glitchfree. More lateron.

they are aweful. Site is regularly down for 30 minutes at a time, NO support. When I tried to upgrade to more bandwidth they couldn't find my account and kept sending me late payment notices, though my credit card was charged. No phone number or email.

These guys used to be much better, but recently I have nothing but problems. Webmail access is slow and they don't respond to support tickets at all. Very disappointing.
