I'm excited with their high available and helpful support team, great features included to plan and fast performance. For that time I'm using them I've never had any downtime issues and I can say that uptime is near 100%. |

Kept having problems with them. Slow access on panel, lost emails, no live support most of the time. Kept getting the run-around "we fixed it this time", "it was something else this time". Enough!!! Make it work of give me my money back. |

Good as long as it works. When problem shows up - you better tell them what to fix. They are great at billing your credit card in time though, despite of the ongoing problems. |
