Hiya-Host is a wonderful free and inexpensive web hosting service. If you want free hosting, you can post for it and gain wonderful features. If you want to pay for hosting, you get near-reseller features at very basic prices.

This really is one of the greatest hosts I've ever seen. Actually it's the best. The free plans, the reseller plans and the shared plans are all much hosting for little money. They also have a great uptime and a very nice forum.

They have 100% uptime, they also have 24/7 live support and phone, and a very easy and simple billing proccess. I need to be honest, this server has the fates download and upload speeds I have expereinced. All this and their plans are the cheapest found.
