Web Hosting Review:	I have found the reliability to fall well short of the claimed 99.9% uptime. Server down for the last week and a half, no idea when it will be back. No e-mail support, due to server down. V. unreliable for forum, but when online support good.

Web Hosting Review:	Hiya-Host has redone themselves, removing all of the downtime in its formative months. The free hosting is insanely deep and contains nearly all of the same features as paid hosting. Every other free hosting site doesn't have jack on HH.

Web Hosting Review:	I've been using Hiya for months and havent had any problems. Their forums are filled with helpful people that aid in coding difficulties and their paid plans are very cheap and even the free ones are great!Much better priced than any paid hosts I've used
