Host Deoartment sucks.They have the worst uptime & have the worst customer service & support. They never have techs available, then they reccomend their 24 hour live chat which never has anyone to chat with or it puts you on a que where you wait endlessly

Waste company ever experience hosting with Host Department. chat service - you will never get them.Ticket support - 9 days no responce.Horrible to say the least. I request not go with this company. might attract you with cheap price.

This Company needs to just close its doors. Down most the time. No support. No mail. I'm in the process of running. It was a miracle that I got the Transfer auth code to move my domain. I wouldn't touch this company with a 10 feet pole.

I am furious. I am outraged by the absolute lack of professionalism and reliability of this so-called "hosting company"... Their own website has been down for days, and now I can't contact them in any way: no phone, no live chat, nothing!

I am mostly using only mail server there. Already 1 week my mails do not work. Each time I contact them, get response "in a few hours". This "few hours" take 1 week and who knows how long will still take. Extremely bad service. Will move to other host.

This host has crashed and burned. Site down for 3 days solid, FTP and control panel down for last 5 days, customer service non-responsive, broken tools everywhere. A hosting company that has stopped caring at all about repeat business.

sadly the down time for me seems all too frequent and prolonged. My websites can be down several times a day and this has been the case when google bot is crawling resulting in the google entries being deleted. Can't recomend these people.

Worst ever experience hosting with Host Department. chat service --- you are lucky if you get them.
Ticket support -- Average RESPONSE TIME (not issue resolving) 17 hours as per my tickets.
Horrible to say the least.

Absolutely one of the worst hosting services around. I am on ASP.net/PHP and I am more Down than up. Their Email Service is the worst ever. When and if they get it going agan I am Running.
I would never recommend these people. A disgrace to the Industry
