Just as important host-ed have good customer service. They are quick to resolve issues and patient when things are not easily understood. I really enjoy my hosting experience dealing with them. Great web host to deal with.

Host-ed staff is always ready to help
Thankfully I've discovered Host-ed. So far, I've never encountered any problems with this except for that one single time where there was a downtime which was immediately resolved in a matter of 21 minutes. I believe host-ed will be my last web host.

Cheap pricing for such resourceful ssd shared hosting
I have had service provided by others before but as time has gone by, I have moved most things to Host-ed. The control panel seemed a little daunting and techie at first, but it's fine when you get used to it.
