Uptime has been okay. I've had about 99.8% uptime with them which isn't bad.
Host-ed have a good blend of price, features and reliability. They're a place to call home for your sites, without question.

Host-ed support is fine
For the money, you cant beat it. Host-ed support is fine, they have always answered my questions in a timely manner. So far I have been very pleased. I have not noticed any downtime or slow browsing speed. Some of my sites are Drupal, so speed is fast.
