Servers respond fast, and I've never experienced downtime
I didn't have a hosting account long but for the month that I did, Host-ed business hosting service is excellent, support is very fast and very helpful. The server speeds are amazing and I wish more hosts were as fast as this place for the price.

Host-ed is a great web host. Servers are fast, heaps of spare processing power, database queries happen very quickly. Support is very helpful and most of the time I get a reply within minutes to even the most difficult to answer questions.

The services that Host-ed offers are really excellent and cheap. I have been with them for a little over a year now, and the service is as excellent today as it was the day I signed up. Support always willing to answer any questions with a quick response

A clean break from the other hosting providers
Host-ed customer service is absolutely great. Not that you need to use it that often! But lightning quick replies and a very proactive, friendly, helpful attitude. Started out with shared hosting and co-locate equipment with them now. Very pleased!

They have great polite staff
I have never had a problem with uptime, but my sites are low-traffic. Host-ed's reliability has exceeded my expectations. You can submit support tickets easily right from the dashboard, and choose the level of severity of your issue.

I've been hosting with large Web Hosts, and the major problem with most webhosts is customer support and overloaded servers. I am pleased to say Host-ed team have helped me a lot in the past year, they are very reliable and trustworthy.
