I do not know anything about Customer or Tech support at host-ed, and THIS is what I always wanted! A host that works all the time, with no phone calls, no excuses, no apologies, just simple platform that is running all the time

When I email Host-ed Hosting for any technical need or question, not only do they respond within 20-45 minutes, in that time they have usually attended to my issue and the response is to let me know my concern has been taken care of. How cool is that?

Preliminary review of Host-ed Inc. I'm currently using the Free Plan for our web site. Within a few seconds of registering, I had all the information needed to get the site up. Uploading files directly and ftp was simple and quick.
