Kindly, smart and efficient! I was afraid Host-ed support service was not as engaged is their sales one, but they are. I'm coming from another provider and I'm feeling right about having moved to this decent web hosting provider.

Great value for money
Amazingly quick support response. My previous hosting company used to take 12 hours to respond to anything, with Host-ed I got my first reply after 15 minutes and after a quick exchange to sort out the details the change I wanted was made 35 minutes after

This web host has just got everything right
I have been a customer since the beginning and have always gotten prompt responses and great service. Downtime has never been an issue and someone is always available to help set up new features.

Their prices are great but not the cheapest
The interface is the cleanest, most intuitive, and best I've found. I actually enjoy logging in and managing my accounts. But a few features I expect, like WordPress or ZenCart, are offered in a rather roundabout way.

Host-ed is cool. Through e-mail - fast quick and through responses just how i want it to be. Their e-mail is just too damn complete that i dont have to email them about the same problem. Response times are usually within 40 minutes.

As for support, besides speed of responses, I checked to see if they are technically competent and they really do their best to prove it. The price is really affordable and I am satisfied with it. Great job, host-ed team.
