Yes like every server company sometime you will face problem but their customer service is excellent they will help till your problem solve. And they will reply asap and they will be with you till the end. Awesome customer service really amazing.

Wasting of Money with hostripples
I purchased hosting, within 3 months they changed my server 3-4 times due to server downtime. My all websites get shutdown once within 24 hours for 20 to 30 minutes.
Don't go with hostripple if you don't want to lose your online presence.
