The best web hosting ever!
I recently moved to Host1PLUS, they have transferred my account without any additional fees and done it very fast. I like their service so far, seems very decent.

Performace suffers a lot
Since the last 5 months the server is repeatedly going down having an average 15 min of downtime per day. Downtimes with no reason.

Also server load is often huge, with the site suffering from performance (load avg 3.5 with 4 cores ),

Customer support works good, but for help from tech support need to wait about 3 minutes. Otherwise this is not so big problem that 3 minutes, when prices and features are so good.

Terrible hosting;

Last week alone; more then 58 hours downtime. Because they didn't pay fees to data centre where my website was hosted they took the whole server hostage and I lost my complete database! Support does't give any information and attidude
