I am very happy with HosterPlan. The support staff has always been friendly and responsive to my questions and concerns. The few issues I've had have always been resolved quickly.

Whoa, fast customer service.
I have tried many hosting companies and eventually, when I tried HosterPlan, I knew it was the absolute best, the best in performance, the best in technical support, and the best protection. I am working as a developer. I have tried the most important features of my projects, and they all work without problems, and we do not forget the speed of browsing the sites due to the good servers, and I hope that the service remains like this.

Friendly support, the price is reasonable
It makes a pleasant change to receive the sort of help you get from HosterPlan web host. My site has never encountered slow-down nor has it ever been offline without explanation. This decent host also offers excellent value for money with lots of great features for what I consider a very reasonable price.

Good customer service, great plans for just about anyone, plenty of space and bandwidth...and honest people running the entire show. That last part counts more than one would realize. HosterPlan offers an excellent value for money with lots of great features for what I consider a very reasonable price.

Professional VPS Service Provider
One year later and we are still very happy we decided to move away from Namecheap and give Hosterplan a try.
They are friendly, helpful, patient, and always ready to help us with anything.
I have used Namecheap and Godaddy, both of whom have fairly good customer service, HosterPlan actually stands out amongst these two big names.

I don't deal much with my website and have to relearn everything everytime I want to change something. As usual, when I called, the person at the other end was helpful, human, and humorous. Support could not have been more respons
ive -- and he did so in a way that didn't make me feel stupid. He also told me about some additional services without seeming like a sales guy and truly like he was educating me to some options.
