Excellent technical support. There is always someone there to contact and they respond very quickly. Good value and excellent features including bandwidth, disk space. I have been with them for 2 years now. Highly recommended.

Support is nothing worth at all, complet incompetend guys. and if you cancle your account befor the pay periode is over make sure you have everthing backedup. they wake you in 2 min.
Company Response: The reason why client posted following review is because we did not approve his request to increase FTP file listing limit from 2000 to 19000 on shared reseller server, which would cause load issues. Customer was offered VPS server, but ended with cancelling and post review and still got a VPS server somewhere. Hosts beware: uranus.mpsoftware.com
