My VPS got extreme load average since 08 JAN..
My server work as turtle for 19 days ...
I mailed to them 2 - 3 times, but they said try to restart mysql.
My VPS server back to normal now...27 JAN
I think it came from server or hostforweb admin.

As you are aware, it was discussed in the tickets, your VPS server is slow because your users are overloading it with dozens perl scripts executed every second. Really there is nothing can be done on our end, you need to look at dedicated server solutions, running such busy systems on smallest VPS plan cannot give you good performance.

You get what you pay for. Cheap price, constant outages and other errors. Most down time I have ever experienced. Techs suggestion was to buy a better package from them even though I wasn't even using 5% of my purchased package :(

Support answers very quickly, just not always with answers to all your problems. They could never explain why PHP ran so slow on the system, therefore I am canceling my VPS. The server restarted once on its own in the 4 days I had it. Systems overloaded

Uptime is excellant. My client's sites load fast (even when CPanel is slow) (Priority?). Support tickets are answered quickly and the problems are solved. I would recomment their reseller program anytime.
