Web Hosting Review:	You guys have some serious customer service issues. All I wanted to do was upgrade my hosting package. After being disconnected and then connected to the wrong person, I was informed that I had to use email to accomplish this. Very bad representation.

Company Response:	Mike, I am sorry you think it was something wrong, however accounts upgrades are possible only via online upgrade forms for security reasons, a process of verification, and secure data submission is requred. Its all done for your own safety.

Web Hosting Review:	used to be good, now there's no tech support. they fired everyone good and hired one guy who handles all the tickets, knows nothing and more than that gives you an attitude. We will be moving soon, if there's no change
