Pros:	the site seem fine, and I didn't lose my money by trying these people
Cons:	got no email with setup details, chat wouldn't help, but it did get sorted. What's the use of Chat?

Cons:	Even when it is upgrading if the site can't be accessed, it's "down".

Pros:	Definitely a great deal. Plenty of webspace and bandwidth for the price.
Cons:	Goes down way too often. Seems to go down for a few minutes every day
Company Response:	Datacenter was performing hardware upgraded last week, all HFW clients experienced short interruptions due this. Now we faster and more reliable.
