Pros:	Very good! Clearly stated AUP and good disk space/bandwidth for the prices.

Pros:	Great customer service, they have an AIM screen name and are on almost 24/7. Very convienient.
Cons:	Only allow 1 MySQL database for "budget" hosting plan.
