Web Hosting Review:	After I was lied to by 1and1.com customer support I switched to HFW. And right away felt the difference. Best customer support I've seen. I'm on my 3d server provider.

Web Hosting Review:	Support is nothing worth at all, complet incompetend guys. and if you cancle your account befor the pay periode is over make sure you have everthing backedup. they wake you in 2 min.

Company Response:	The reason why client posted following review is because we did not approve his request to increase FTP file listing limit from 2000 to 19000 on shared reseller server, which would cause load issues. Customer was offered VPS server, but ended with cancelling and post review and still got a VPS server somewhere. Hosts beware: uranus.mpsoftware.com
