Web Hosting Review:	Support answers very quickly, just not always with answers to all your problems. They could never explain why PHP ran so slow on the system, therefore I am canceling my VPS. The server restarted once on its own in the 4 days I had it. Systems overloaded

Web Hosting Review:	Uptime is excellant. My client's sites load fast (even when CPanel is slow) (Priority?). Support tickets are answered quickly and the problems are solved. I would recomment their reseller program anytime.

Web Hosting Review:	They are fine when things are working... when something goes wrong, it seriously takes them months to track down the problem and correct it. They have a guy named Clint who does "Live support" -- all he ever does is tell you to submit a ticket.
