Web Hosting Review:	In the rare occurances that I actually required help from the tech staff, I received it in less than 30 minutes. The longest I had to wait for a response was about 25 minutes -- so responsive that they could be mistaken as your stalker. :-)

Web Hosting Review:	Several times a year my domain and/or email is unresponsive. HostForWeb migrated my domain without notifying me, which caused a loss of several days of email. Some software does not work as expected. Human service has been great.
