3+ yrs -- occasional minor problems, but resolved quickly. Email support responds in a few hours. Haven't tried them for Miva with this host. Had trouble with POP3 reliability, but I bugged them about it and they moved me to more reliable server – now OK. |

| Company Response: | We had a hard drive failure on the server that the customer's site was hosted on. The failure required us to restore the server from backups. We understand that the problem was very inconvenient, so a credit was given to the user for the downtime. |

Complete lack of support for their shopping cart Miva Mercant. They put me out of business less than 24 hours after going live and could not solve the problem. They stopped even responding to support request. A horrible E commerce site stay away! |
