I hosted by Hostgool for 16 months starting back in May of 2004, had no problems from them, customer support was immediate (1~2 Hrs) and very helpful, We changed todue to their low prices and found their services to be a rollercoaster experience. When fun

They change people's passwords without reasons, tells you you don't need ads, then slaps ugly ads on your page, takes a week for the support to answer, and it's been 2 weeks since I've asked them to change back my password. Still no answer.
