Hosting Connecticut is a cut above the rest. Customer service is excellent. Down time is very few and far between. They are always quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend this company. |

I've been a customer for years. Paula, has been helpful and courteous. However, last year my website was down for 5 days. I kept emailing and calling and finally got a response. My website is down usually 1x each weekend. Potential customers need to know. |

| Company Response: | In Nov. 2007, we had an unheard of 4.5 days of downtime due to a botched migration by an ISP. It was unprecedented in the hosting industry and affected thousands of hosts. The servers ran like clockwork before and have been running smoothly ever since. |
