The support works good. Fast and clear replies come after minutes after sending ticket. And when I need a ASAP help, I can contact via live chat which also works well. I believe Hostingsource is one of the best business hosting provider ever.

Truthful, factual, swift and accurate service provider
I enjoy having Hostingsource as my provider, and have never had any real issues with them or my site. They have been so good me, helping me setup Magento which would not run on my last hosting provider's servers. Not only this but my site is now so fast. To have a hosting provider with support that actually care, and a site that works for such a small amount of money really is fantastic.

Reliable hosting service
I am happy using hostingsource shared hosting. I clicked on LIVE SUPPORT and was immediately in touch with. An IT guys spent a good 1/2 hour with me answering my questions about domains and domain transfer and the plan I was considering, etc.

Great host service! Quick customer response and outstanding support 24 hours a day. Recommend hostingsource VPS hosting. The customer service is amazing and they are always helping me. It seems I have to move my other sites to their servers much earlier.

All I can say is that, hostingsource web host has been the best I have been with in the past 3 years of hosting websites with other providers and this web host. The customer service is fast amd friendly. Hardly any downtime. My previous host was so bad, my site was down almost daily, I found this web host and have never looked back.

I cannot too highly praise the level of customer support. A bit of a tricky migration but staff were so amazingly helpful and patient and responses were lightening fast. Hostingsource is good business web host with really fast servers.
