Web Hosting Review: I can say that HostNine customer support is ok for the reason that they are very polite in answering my questions and by providing assistance. However, I will not recommend this company due their uptime problem. I have more than 10x downtime already.

Web Hosting Review: Support staff seems to have limited knowledge of the English language and a somewhat arrogant attitude.
Slow servers at best and average uptime around 99.5%.
No way to cancel without loosing >15 days of prepaid service.

Web Hosting Review: I have been hosted with them for a month and have had three downtimes making their uptime 99.4% for the month. Their servers get sluggish sometimes because of other users accessing the system resources.
