Hostroute continues to impress
I have been with Hostroute for many years and have always been impressed by their service both in uptime, server speed and especially customer services. Their response time to support tickets has always been quick. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with hostroute, have several domains hosted, two with premium hosting. Excellent support, good uptime, cpanel, CORE and SSH access to directory make maintenance convenient, straightforward and hassle free.

Hostroute provided me with the facility to host Java Servlets for 50% less of the cost of all the other providers I identified. Their downtime is minimal or nil, I had a few minor hiccups, which might have been my programming Java, service is fantastic

Received an e-mail asking me to renew my hosting package only a couple of days before the due date. I asked for login details so I can make the payment, but none was received. My site is OFFLINE and there is no phone support. STAY AWAY!

Fraud artists. Avoid at all costs. Took my money and didn't provide services I paid for. Customer service very rude. No phone support unless they want to talk to you.

Fraud artists take payments don't provide the services paid for. REFUSE tech SUPPORT! DELETED all my emails and not even an apology! EXTREMELY SLOW Cpanel, sometimes cant even get onto it! VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

When they're working their servers are fast and consistent. When they're not working, which is frequent, their support is belligerent, obtuse and slow. When you need them to communicate and reassure, they are rude and unhelpful.
