Absolute garbage
-ToS 14 days refund policy is a lie
-VPS are shut down without your permission
-You're immediately forced to purchase upgrade, because they limit your VPS due to "excessive CPU usage"

try other hosting
Hostsailor just switched my vps power off because its consumption of resources was inappropriate for them.
Also I found deleted my VPS by Hostsailor for overdue though internal credit account had double of month pay sum.
There's no refund process.
Company Response: We suspend VPS Servers when they cause down time to our users, we do not allow abuse, about the overdue, we dont apply credit, you need to open your invoices, choose which one to pay, You get emails daily 1 week before invoice due + 48H after invoice due

Dedicated packages

No Answer in an Abuse Case!
I have an dedicated server on hostsailor and since a few days i get suspended because of an abuse of blacklist provider.
i not get any answer from the hostsailor support and they want give me an backup!
it is not an cheap vps it is a pretty expensiv

So far I've bought from this company they have great support they have great deals I've bought a VPS from them my server is AniBox.xyz so far it has done what I've made it do, never really had any downtime always been up 24/7. Support is also flawless!

Very pleased with the servers
I have 2 vps with Hostsailor and is very satisfied. So far no downtime, servers are fast and the price is very very fair. One get a good treatment, and all in all its very hard to find something to criticise as everything run smooth and without problems.

Best Hosting Provider
I've been using Host Sailor for a couple months now, the service is outstanding!
Never had downtime on any of my servers under the previous provider i used.
They also accept Bitcoin which is a huge + for me.
