We have had our website hosted by Hostway since 2003. In the early years, they were a very customer & service oriented. NOT NOW! Their techs now are poor. Their billing dept. is outsourced with poor English & they do unauthorized deducts on credit cards. |

NEVER EVER use custom nameservers for a domain thru them
it's impossible to get the ip addresses changed
took almost a month to get changed, in the meantime all my hosted sites were down, lost my entire hosting business

What we were paying for a year at Hostway paid for a multi-year service contract at GoDaddy, and the GoDaddy dashboard and 24/7/365 support blow away Hostway. We're glad to have moved to GoDaddy. |
