24x7 availability is crucial because we are accessed by customers in 70 countries. Our site provides sub-second loading response because extremely optimized xhtml and Hostway high-end server farms built on Apache/Linux and vitual email accounts. Perfect!

We have been with Hostway since 1999, easy to set up, easy to manage site from their control panel and when necessary customer service is fast and well informed. I recently started a new company and have hosted it on Hostway as well.

Trouble Free Hosting - Great uptime stats
Craden Peripherals Corporation has been a Hostway customer since Hostway's first day. In the 14 years of working together, we've made one call to tech support to reset an email server, all other calls had resulted in trouble originating on our end.

Hostway review
I have used Hostway for years. I have never had any issues with downtime. The site is incredibly easy to use for updating my site, adding or changing files. Customer service was very quick and helpful on the few times I needed them.

Have used Hostway since 2004 and have always had good service. Have had a few issues with email lately but it seems like they are not the only provider having issues. Overall 4 1/2 out of 5 stars!
