I'm really satisfied with this hosting provider.
I have accounts on two of their servers, light loads and fast connections, almost no downtime and the most important is no overselling. Unlike my last host Hostwinds seems to much more reliable. I haven't used their support very often but when I have they've responded quickly and solved the issues I was experiencing. One of the best I've worked with so far. Thanks

Great support and pricing. It's simple, inexpensive, and reliable. We have several domains hosted at Hostwinds for several months, and have only had 1 outage. I just wish they had an upgrade path to a business plans, as the basic hosting can be slow some times. Tickets are usually answered with 10 minutes of submission and their support staff is extremely obliging. Recommend them!

Customer service is so good.
Impressed! Hostwinds known to be a little pricier than other providers perhaps, but I switched to them from a lower-priced provider so I could get honest feedback about my site and about my business. The knowledge base has enough information for someone like myself to get to grips with things, while their customer service is so good at times I almost feel spoilt, having always been fast in response and informative with problems being resolved in a short time.
