Pros:	They have my credit card # and agreement, and still don't do anything to fix the issue.
Cons:	They’re more busy answering here than to their customers mails. 10 days now and still no answer.
Company Response:	This is our former customer. We had to suspend his account due to his illegal wares that broke our TOS. At that time, the trial period was past for long so he couldn't get back his money and go to post here to say lie about our company. Compare with our other positive reviews here and you will see. Pros:	None anymore - They suspended my domain sakuran.net without warning.
Cons:	They refuse payment, do not answer mails anymore & refuse domain name transfer.
Company Response:	It appears this could be a false rating. This customer came here and file 2 complaints about his account was suspended for non-payment. The domain name can't be released until the server fee (plus late fee)has been paid. Thank you for your understanding!
