It seems your domain has been up and running all the time since 4th April, the exact day you signed up, except there was 4 hours downtime in August due to one of our hard-disk was failed but our customers were also notified the problem. By the way, you haven't made any payment for 4 months as well as we can't get a response from you regarding this matter but we've been nice enough not to suspend your account as it should be until now. Hopefully, you would contact us to resolve this problem as soon as possible. We are always here to help our customers. Thank you! |
