I am extremely pleased with Indichosts’ customer support, server speed and prices. They are always willing to help. I completely disagree with the last review. The guy who wrote it had the solely intention of damaging the reputation of Indichosts. |

speed isn't great but isn't so bad.
the worst part is the price/billing,
on 2007 they raise their price from $8 to $13 per month without give any notices. |

I was not able to connect to the Internet for a week. When i turn back, i learnt that somebody made spamming from one of my accounts. Indichosts decided to remove my account and "deleted" all my files. I lost months of data. I was not the spammer. Beware. |

| Company Response: | This client had over 2000 outgoing emails/hour via multiple SMTP authenticated e-mail accounts. We suspended accounts and attempted to contact client on mediums, using all contact information available. When all efforts failed & after repeated contact attempts, action was taken. |
