Inexpensive but unstable
Great service 2006-2010 but declined after 2010. Cumulative downtime 2011-2012 more than 2 days. No offer to back up their 99.9% uptime "guarantee". PHP not kept up to date. Dismissed SMTP issue. Reply to my follow-up email bounced.

Brilliant support
I had problems with moving my domain to indichosts.com and configuring mails to google apps.

A solid Hosting company
I have used Indichost for over six years and am very satisfied with all their services. At this point I no loner have need of my domain or web site, if the need returns I will use Indichost again.

IndicHosts is probably the hosting company out there. In a jungle of hosting companies I've experienced a lot. Today most of my customers are with indichosts. With outstanding support, a lightning fast servers & affordable prices they are most recommended

I am extremely pleased with Indichosts’ customer support, server speed and prices. They are always willing to help. I completely disagree with the last review. The guy who wrote it had the solely intention of damaging the reputation of Indichosts.

speed isn't great but isn't so bad.
the worst part is the price/billing,
on 2007 they raise their price from $8 to $13 per month without give any notices.

Serviced our website, emailing requirement across all factories and offices. Good uptime & speed. We have now shifted to their service redundancy BusinessIII plan. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for business requirements!

I was not able to connect to the Internet for a week. When i turn back, i learnt that somebody made spamming from one of my accounts. Indichosts decided to remove my account and "deleted" all my files. I lost months of data. I was not the spammer. Beware.
Company Response: This client had over 2000 outgoing emails/hour via multiple SMTP authenticated e-mail accounts. We suspended accounts and attempted to contact client on mediums, using all contact information available. When all efforts failed & after repeated contact attempts, action was taken.
