I recently had to call billing and the customer service rep was OUTSTANDING! I can not say enough about how paitent both of them were. They were very prompt and were able to correct the charge immediately. Thank you.

There when I needed them
Bought new computer. Had to call InMotion for assistance and it was awesome to get a live person. Normally you can't get that with other services. InMotion is there when you need them.

This service has been quirky to manage. Too difficult login's and admin access, even to a 30 year computer veteran. Oddball techie layouts and totally non-intuitive, and multiple "security" access layers and terminology render it useless for average user.

A few things in the beginning
Builder is very slow but it could be my connection also as I am on Hughesnet. Either way, it went much slower to build my websites than my previous host. But the software was much more user friendly. So far, tech support has been awesome!!!
