Started using InMotion few months ago and the chatline responses are pretty quick though you can't help feeling they would like to quickly end the conversation too. Overall, still pretty helpful.

Since moving to VPS, we have had our site go down a handful of times, which is disappointing. The main impetus for moving to a VPS was to reduce downtime and increase the amount of traffic we could handle.

Non-disclosure of Fees
It was not disclosed that there would be an annual fee (for the domain name) in addition to the two years I purchased. It was supposed to be all included. I will not be receommending them in the future. They took my website down after 1 when I paid for 2.
