Using a VPS with Inmotion
I've used Inmotion for my VPS for some years. We have had some downtime issues, but their support is excellent, and I get the impression they really care about my business

First Support Chat
I made the switch to InMotion Hosting and had my first tech support chat Sunday evening. It was very nice to be able to have live support on an evening. During the weekend. I'm impressed.

POOR Technical Support
Technical Support is very very poor and only 20% of the time they will help, any help we assked always they says we have to take care of our self with the help of developer

Best Hosting Service anywhere
First off, the BEST of any I have used. The technical support staff are extremely fast and knowledgeable about any issues or questions I have had. Extremely pleased with my desicion to go here, will keep my stuff here forever. A+++++

Support has only excuses
For three days I've tried to find out why 10 days of my stats are missing. I've gotten more excuses than you can imagine, but still no stats and we're now working on yet ANOTHER day. Here's a good example of inept: "Google analytics has good stats."

Good service is hard to find!!!
I often complain about how difficult it is to find good service, especially from an online chat support, but I just recently purchased space from inMotion and my experience has been the best I have had in a long time, the support I have received 5 star!!!

Bravo support staff
Just switched from iWeb, which required little from me (learning all this computer stuff at advanced age isn't easy!). The support rep, Ed P, was the soul of patience and helpfulness. Wish all outfits were as good!
