Lost emails recovered
I've lost a couple of emails and was very pleased to be able to get immediate support! My server data was recovered immediately and all is fine again. Best support experience I've ever had. I absolutely recommend inmotionhosting!

Seamless Transition of Equipment change
I was forewarned of a scheduled maint. 2 hr downtime. I was away from the computer for personal errands but returned well before the 2 hrs had elapsed. Everything was working fine. If IMH hadn't informed me, I wouldn't have noticed at all. KUDOS !

Inmotion Hosting not work the money
I'm having a very bad experience with InmotionHosting. The websites I have hosted there are slow to load. Since I started with them in Jan'12 their servers have gone down at least thrice. I'm very disappointed overall.

I was have trouble setting up an add-on domain, within an hour i had a great response that instructed me what to do.

fast responses
in 4 years of using inmotion there have been a handful of service interruptions. however, each was handled with utmost professionalism. service breaks are obviously undesirable, but bearable when i know there is a tech team working diligently to resolve.

A year of zero problems
The few times the server was slow or down, I got a tech online immediately who kept me posted on why and how long. (Happened twice, each less than an hour.) Very responsive, very reliable.
