Pointing my domain to InMotion
In setting up my new account, it was unclear to me how to point a domain that I purchased through Google, to InMotion. A quick call to InMotion tech support provided the guidance I needed to call Goog'e's partner, Enom, and to compltet the task.

My recent experience
After WP upgrade went wrong I requested a backup of my site and database only to find that out of 60 posts there were only 20 in the backup, the last post b/u being January 2012.

Excellent service and company there was a major glitch for them for a bit and my website did go down for an hr or 2 but hey stuff happens lol nothing in life is perfect and i have had nothing but great service from them the live chat is awesome. A+++ 5 st

I hate this company but am too busy to move
They were hacked and hijacked. Didn't notify the cust. Had to discover it myself. They were unapologetic about not telling the customers. Tech support is OK if you press. They are lazy so they'll try to push you off.

The best host and service I have ever had
This site can handle all your needs. I was tired of getting the run around from every host I have ever had. Adding new content was like pulling teeth. With the top notch service at Inmotion Hosting, I can make my own changes.

This company is a bare-bones web host. They have no viable web templates to offer their customers, and their design services are vastly overpriced (and they have no graphic design team so sites they create tend to be quite generic). Not impressed.
