Installation of new SSL certificate
Tech support provided a clear process to provide the new SSL certificate to InMotion. After it was provided by email, I received a notice it was installed with verification information. Our web site confirmed the new certificate.

So many down times in few days
The last 2 days have been terrible for my sites. I have a monitoring tool from another provider to check availability of my sites and in two days I have received at least twenty alarms of sites down.

Website down too many times
A couple months ago I would have rated InMotion Hosting much higher but my VPS has gone down too much lately. We noticed it down 7 times which means it's probably been much more than that. Uptime is critical and may force us to switch hosting companies.
