Always helpful customer service
While I rarely need tech support as I do most of the IT work at my office and have been doing tech support for others for years, when I do need it, the problem can be a bit "thorny". InMotion has always been there to resolve every issue I have ever had. |

Not user friendly at all
I found In Motion too difficult to use. I am not web savy at all when it comes to maintaining my website. The initial set up was difficult, changing and maintaining my website was difficult. In fact, I don't think I ever had it up. |
