When it works, it's great. But, exchange has been down twice in less than a week. And, during the outages, all of their support options, including telephone support, are unavailable. It's literally impossible to contact anyone when there is a problem. |

They hosted our company for 3 years. The server went down and the technical support was terrible. We also found that our 'backups' did not exist and they lied about it. They gave us $75 back for the 'month' of back up support. |

I love their Hosted Exchange Control Panel and SAN based setup. 1GB business mailboxes and pricing for 10 or 20 users are superb as well as tech support (if you need one ever). |
