Had 5 sites with them from 2009 to 2011 and they were down more than they were up. When confronted with all the down time all they offered me was a $14 credit I could use when I renewed my hosting plan. I lost untold hundreds with all the down time.

I recommend IpowerWeb to everyone.I have talked to their Technical Support and they responded to me quickly and always give me a good customer service.I've got a lot of troubles with them but they resolve it for me.

Wish I'd found this review site BEFORE recommending iPower to a client who subsequently asked me to manage it for her. Absolutely abysmal technical support and broken, BETA admin sw. They and Bizland.com are the same firm.... RUN AWAY!

Terrible service. Keep charging even you have already canceled the service. Seems fraudulent! Be aware, don't give them your credit card #.

Terrible service, AND they keep increasing the price of hosting & domains. Issues either take forever to get resolved or simply don't; feel like going aroud in circles. Been with them for 6 years and after having been very patient, I'm DONE.

Tech support is terrible. They repeat the same script no matter what your issue is. They pretend to help you, then finally respond with, "We're experiencing technical difficulties today, check back tomorrow. It must be why you're having problems."

Horrible! Beyond bad. The administrative system has so many glitches and tech support will always try to say that the customer is at fault. Futhermore, they cheat clients by misleading them to believe a domain has expired so u renew when you don't have to

If I said that Ipower is terrible, I'd be lying. They're much worse! The wait time is riduculous, Tech Support is clueless and the "Specialists" are useless. The site is down more than up. They have no idea how to fix issues Two words: Stay away!
