Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Deleted my entire web account without knowledge, consent, phone call, etc. Then they had the audacity to want me to pay for a new account and it would take up to 48 hrs. Stay far away from IPower!!!!!!

Their tech support is non-existent. They can't evben tell me how to fix a trucated web page created on software THEY provided.

My company has been with iPower for about 3years now and recently has run into some major issues with the company. They took down our site because they said we did not renew our domain name, when in fact we had 3 months prior. iPOWER IS HORRIBLE!!

I have a site on IPower and I can't wait for my term to expire!

Their spam filter marks my outbound email as spam and they don't know why. They say its a problem with the spam filter they use and there is nothing to do about it.

non-existent customer service, clunky control panel. They used to be ok when I started with them, but since changing servers experience went from soso to terrible. Look elsewhere.

This is the WORST host I have ever dealt with EVER! First off I paid for the original account via paypal, I had to call them for 3 days to even get it set up, then they double charged me! The support sucks to say the least, stay VERY far away from them!

This is the first time I have used a "professional" web hosting and maintenance company and it has been the worst experience. They can't make simple changes in a timely manner. IPOWER asks you to pay up front. Now I know why.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come across. I have been trying to transfer my domain out for over two months - everytime I call, ipower just submits another ticket and acts completely bewildered.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I had a client's site hosted with iPower for a couple of years with no issues. This fall (08), his site was replaced by some spyware site that started 'scanning your computer'. I lost a customer and iPower had problems deleting the site. Not very good.
