Used to be a great company. Now they 1) have poor technical and billing service, 2) LIE about "unlimited hosting" - you ARE limited, they will wipe out your entire website if you go over the unpublished "limit", and 3) increase prices constantly no reason |

Tech support is just about non-existent. Customer service would rather argue with you. Using a web monitoring service shows my site constantly down. Speed on my 2 up sites are horrible. I'm pulling 3 accounts out of ipower and won't look back doing so. |

Reliability/Uptime is poor they FTP and email problems were frequent and would go on for days while installing my ssl key they knocked my whole site FTP email everything and did nothing to fix it. I Worst host ever, stay far away. |

was with ipower for five years. customer service/tech support is outsourced and horrible. my site was hacked three times through ipower servers. clincher was when they released my primary domain name, even though it was on auto renew. bye bye ipower! |

Had 5 sites with them from 2009 to 2011 and they were down more than they were up. When confronted with all the down time all they offered me was a $14 credit I could use when I renewed my hosting plan. I lost untold hundreds with all the down time. |
