I have been online with their live chat 6 times in the last 2 weeks due to server downtime. All their chat staff can do is give canned responses and forward the complaint to a higher department. I will be switching hosts ASAP! |

Our company has been with Ipower for over 6 years and they were great to start with. But within the last year there support is a joke. When you call it is someone in Guatemala. Changed web hosting companies. Stay Away. |

Our church was with ipower for 5 years. We had some video sermons hosted there. Didn't generate much traffic, our church is small. One day ipower called and said they were taking us down in 2 days. We had to move EVERYTHING in 1 day. IPOWER = TERRIBLE |

They were OK when I first started with them. Lately there have been all kinds of issues with my website being down and also my email. The worst thing is that they just dump all the email when they get things back up and running again!!! TERRIBLE!!!! |

I have been with IPOWER for the past 6 years. They were great at the beginning but over the last two years (2008-2009) the service & knowledsge has gone completely downhill! They can't even fix problems they cause. They are clueless. AVOID THIS COMPANY!! |

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Deleted my entire web account without knowledge, consent, phone call, etc. Then they had the audacity to want me to pay for a new account and it would take up to 48 hrs. Stay far away from IPower!!!!!! |

My company has been with iPower for about 3years now and recently has run into some major issues with the company. They took down our site because they said we did not renew our domain name, when in fact we had 3 months prior. iPOWER IS HORRIBLE!! |

I have a site on IPower and I can't wait for my term to expire!
Their spam filter marks my outbound email as spam and they don't know why. They say its a problem with the spam filter they use and there is nothing to do about it.
