Terrible service, AND they keep increasing the price of hosting & domains. Issues either take forever to get resolved or simply don't; feel like going aroud in circles. Been with them for 6 years and after having been very patient, I'm DONE. |

Tech support is terrible. They repeat the same script no matter what your issue is. They pretend to help you, then finally respond with, "We're experiencing technical difficulties today, check back tomorrow. It must be why you're having problems." |

If I said that Ipower is terrible, I'd be lying. They're much worse! The wait time is riduculous, Tech Support is clueless and the "Specialists" are useless. The site is down more than up. They have no idea how to fix issues Two words: Stay away! |

Have a client with hosting on ipower. The site is down as often or more then it is up. Support is slow to reply and has yet to fix a single issue. Even with low strain the speed is crawling most of the time. Avoid this one for sure. |

I have been online with their live chat 6 times in the last 2 weeks due to server downtime. All their chat staff can do is give canned responses and forward the complaint to a higher department. I will be switching hosts ASAP! |
