them are down! 3 of the sites are business-related and I can't even describe the distress I'm in right now. Furthermore the IPower site seems to be down as well, so I can't even contact them with my complaints!!! |

I have 4 sites with them. Their service is now slow and unreliable. I complained last night and they shut down all my cgi scripts. Please complain to the Arizona Better Business Bureau as I have just done because they are stealing our money |

Absolutely the worst webhost I have ever experienced. My website was unavailable for a lot of the time, and when it was available it loaded at a snail's pace. Customer support was useless, and was a complete waste of time. Avoid this host! |

Once a great company....NOWMy site has been down for a week, support has not gotten back to me. Two months ago my email was down for 3 days due to ipower "error."
Once, I pissed off a guy in support, he change my DNS to get me back...RUN FROM IPOWE |

Except for the glitches when they moved, I've had no problems with them for 5+ years. When I did need help, it took a little while, but I was able to get it figured out. I've measured service outages with software, and it has been almost non-existent.
