Customer service is absolutely ABYSSMAL! Live Chat is even terrible. You commonly login and see "you are number 53 in the queue". Calling on the phone will take your ENTIRE evening. COMPLETELY useless. Stay away. Stay FAR away. |

This is one of the worst email/web hostuing comapnies in the world. You don't believe me. Beofre giving them your hard earned money, call their tech support number and see what it feels like to be on hold for 45 minutes. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. They suck! |

I've had ipower for over 2 years and they've consistently been awful. Only laziness explains why I am still with them. They constantly screw up my email and their customer service is the absolute worst. |
