horrible untrained support, max number of files 50,000 so you can use maybe 2% of the offered space unless your average file size is like 6MB - rediculous, max file upload size is 2MB, server downtimes, loss of data, files, and email accounts... |

Our site has been down for over a week with no hope in site. Support just passes along the ticket. The site was broken by one the techs while talking with her about email. She did something and it just went down. They do not know their product.
