Horrible customer service. They expect me to pay for mistakes in domain registration that they made. They engage in bait and switch techniques with their domain name renewals (advertise $9.99, then charge $18 on checkout). |

Absolutely horrible customer service. Tickets take days for a response, or go completely ignored.
Technicians barely speak English (Montreal based), and often abandon live chat conversations.
They have a very "just do it yourself" attitude.

Horrible customer service filled with misrepresentations. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Be very careful with these guys and don't get intrapped into a 12 month contract. |

We have been using them for a year, and their service has been excellent. Their network is fast and reliable, their support is fast, and their prices are very competitive. We wouldn't use anyone else. |
