Web Hosting Review:	Their service isn't all bad, as long as you don't need their tech support. I've been waiting a week for a publishing problem to be resolved. I'm no closer to an answer today than I was a week ago. Very Very frustrating.

Web Hosting Review:	Service has completely crapped out this year. Have had multiple downtimes per week, each lasting a minimum of 3 hours. Currently down 6+ hours with no end in sight, told it will be up 'as soon as humanly possible'.

Web Hosting Review:	IX is my 3rd webhost as a designer in 9 years. Uptime and speed have been great. I've had little trouble, they have always been helpful. There are 3 different ways of contacting them with differing response times. Previous host - miserable, IX - good

Web Hosting Review:	One problem after another... they lost my SiteBuilder settings, removed the template, but the final straw was that the osCommerce SQL server crashed, AND THEY HAD NO BACKUP. NONE. All work lost. They're totally incompetent.
