I have been nothing but satisfied. They have been knowegable throughout my web experience. Cost are nominal and my site always looks good. I am adding a second site currently (my first e-commere site) and they are hekping me through this process. |

Their service isn't all bad, as long as you don't need their tech support. I've been waiting a week for a publishing problem to be resolved. I'm no closer to an answer today than I was a week ago. Very Very frustrating. |

Crappy servers. Slow technical response time. Web servers down. Email servers have issues. 14-months w/ them and I'm ready to move on.

Service has completely crapped out this year. Have had multiple downtimes per week, each lasting a minimum of 3 hours. Currently down 6+ hours with no end in sight, told it will be up 'as soon as humanly possible'. |

One problem after another... they lost my SiteBuilder settings, removed the template, but the final straw was that the osCommerce SQL server crashed, AND THEY HAD NO BACKUP. NONE. All work lost. They're totally incompetent. |
